How often do I check in with my coach?
You check in every week. We give you a tool you will use to report progress and stay on track. Your coach reviews it and gives you advice based on your report, questions you might have, and opportunities he or she sees for you.
At the same time, whenever you have a challenge, you can get in touch with your coach via email, text, or phone.
How do I know if I am a good fit for this program?
We work with high-end coaches and consultants who work with, or are seeking to work with, high-end leaders and decision makers. If you are looking for a silver bullet for success, then you should answer one of the many spam messages you probably get promising you six or seven figures. Our program is based on discipline, habits, and doing what works – even if it might take time and persistence. We provide support, accountability, and insights for professionals who understand that we are in two businesses: delivering great results to clients, and doing the business development work required to attract clients and get hired. We seek professionals who understand that building a professional practice is a marathon and not a sprint.
I see tons of spam emails from self-proclaimed telling me they can have easy, fast ways to get me to six or seven figures in my practice. Is that what you do?

Your coach can help you with just about anything related to growing your practice and meeting or exceeding your goals. Our program gets you into a routine, much like a fitness routine, so that you are doing the right things and putting in the time and effort to succeed. Your coach can help you stay on track and be accountable for doing all of the things you need to do to attract clients, position yourself as a top expert in your market, and win more business.
What kind of tool do I get to stay on track?
We give you our proprietary dashboard and tool that lets you set goals, track, and develop specific action plans. You track your goals, business development activities, whether you are spending enough time on business development, and the health of your pipeline of new business. It’s a really powerful tool. Once you get used to it, it will help you stay accountable and move faster towards your goals.

We guide you, but you still have to do the work. We are coaches and advisors. We address your challenges with you, but we can’t write your marketing copy, design your website, write your LinkedIn profile, or generate leads for you.
What if I don’t feel like there is a good fit with my coach?
No problem! Let us know. We do our best to find the right fit the first time, by asking you some key questions. We understand that there is not always a fit and we will find another match. At the same time, sometimes it is a good idea to switch coaches just to add more energy and mix things up during the coaching process. That’s fine, too.
What’s the expected ROI of this program?

Your coach will contact you within a day or two after that. Meanwhile, you can review your online training curriculum and explore your tracking tool. After that, you and your coach get into a weekly routine and you start building the momentum you want to meet and exceed your goals.
